Albufeira Villas

Albufeira, once a small fishing village, is now one of the most popular holiday towns in the Algarve attracting vast amounts of visitors and property buyers every year who wish to buy or rent Albufeira villas, offering a large selection of property to choose from, there is a mixture to suit everyone. Albufeira is split in two parts with the old town with pretty cobbled streets lined with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops to the new part of town called “The Strip” with the most popular bars and clubs in the area.

Albufeira old town still maintains a lovely laid back village atmosphere and has a large central square lined with trees surrounded by cafés, bars and every type of restaurant you could wish for. There are also some fantastic shops as well as supermarkets and banks, so everything is on hand.

The other end of the town is the place to be if you are in to a fantastic nightlife and the bars and night clubs are open well into the early hours. Albufeira villas are very popular here for the younger generation and there are plenty to choose from along with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants and the beach is only a short distance away from the town center.

The fabulous marina on the western outskirts of the town is another popular tourist place in Albufeira. Villas here are scattered around the marina and there are plenty of shops to browse in and bars and restaurants along the marina front. The marina has a lovely promenade and from here you can take fishing trips or boat trips with lovely views of Albufeira across the bay.

The two main beaches in Albufeira are the main Albufeira beach called Oura beach and the Fishermans beach which is reached through a lovely archway in the old town. Both of these beaches have lovely beach side restaurants and cafés, as well as some fantastic shopping and there is a train which takes you from the Albufeira new town to Albufeira old town so you don’t have to walk!. As well as Albufeira being popular in the summer months, it is also very popular in the winter months as everywhere is still open to enjoy, making it an all year round holiday destination.

The choice of Albufeira villas is substantial with lots of new accommodation being built around and within the town, all set in lovely complexes or private condominiums. They are perfect for families, couples and singles of all ages as Albufeira is central to most of the alternative tourist attractions in the area, although you do not need to leave the town as it has everything you could possibly wish for on your doorstep.

If you do not wish to be in a holiday complex, then there are also lovely detached Albufeira villas available close to the beach front, these not only make great holiday homes but are a sold investment with great rental potential.
